Can I pre-populate NxtNote prior to my meeting or event?
Many times information to be presented during a workshop or training event is already known. Rather than have the participants come up with data from scratch, it is often helpful to give them information to “react to” rather than start with nothing. You might have an Excel workbook with lists of customer complaints, or a plan with tasks you worked from last year to complete a similar project. If this data is available electronically, you can produce pre-populated NxtNotes. Simply import the data directly in NxtNote and you can print hundreds of NxtNotes in a couple of minutes.
