Can I practice on eLandings without actually submitting a landing report?
eLandings has a training system for user training and testing. You can do everything on the training system that you can do on the real system, except that reports are not officially submitted. Contact eLandings support personnel to let them know what you want to do, then register a userID on the training system to allow you to use it for practice.
