Can I post warez or mp3 files on my site?
The simple answer is no, however there is one exception. MP3 files that are music that you or your band have written, and performed yourselves are welcome to promote yourself. Other than that we do not allow mp3 files or warez of any kind on our sites. Warez of all kinds are illegal, which should make it clear why we don’t allow them. MP3 files are not allowed because we don’t want to be responsible for the “few” people who actually do pay for the right to post them on their sites. If you are opening a business site with us, that has legal rights to resell music, please write to one of our sales personal, we can work something special out for your business.
