The wall-mount Ethernet adapters will not function properly if plugged into a generic powerstrip. They must be plugged directly into a wall outlet. If you don’t have any open wall outlets, you can order an Internet Connection Kit from our website that includes a special powerstrip with an integrated Ethernet adapter.
