RealJukebox cannot import or play OpenMG (.omg) files that were recorded in the Sony OpenMG Jukebox software. Note: RealJukebox 2 may not detect the Sony CLIE handheld if you have OpenMG Jukebox (2.0 or later) open at the same time. If you have OpenMG Jukebox open, close both programs and re-open RealJukebox.
