Unless you are speaking about a non-profit Internet Radio/TV (e.g. Nectarine or Demoscene TV) you cannot use any of the audio material for professional broadcasting companies. If you absolutely want to use some then all you should do is contact the author(s) and ask if you could buy the using rights from them. If you propose them a fair price then it shouldn’t be a problem.
