No, unfortunately you are not able to play rock band online with the 360. The reason is because they each use different servers. There has been some work in bridging the gap with some Xbox 360 games that can play with the PC versions. There has been a slight discussion on the possibility of Tom Clancy’s End War that might bridge the gap with a system wide online conquest. There is an Activision guitar that is compatible with the PS3 rock band. The Les Paul guitar is still not compatible though. Sources: Exp.
