Hm… Im not sure if you can play backups online, but even if you could i wouldn’t, or else your wii would be banned from online i think. I read about it a long time ago when i wanted to mod my wii. You can still play online with actual bought copies of games, but to stay on the safe side, i would not go online with a backup disc.
