Can I place Ricoh service calls online instead of calling?
Yes, departments can log onto RicohDirect to place service calls. You will need to register your copier on the site. Log onto RicohDirect with your cua.edu e-mail address, but create a different password just for use with RicohDirect that is not the same as any of your CUA passwords. If you would like Ricoh to register your unit for you, please send an e-mail message to ashleigh.bing@ricoh-usa.com. Include your name, phone number and e-mail address. Also, please include the serial number of your unit, which is posted on the front of your unit.
