While we’re working toward processing orders for those with PST exempt status in the future, we’re currently unable to do so at this time. For those orders that have been placed by Status Indians, Indian Bands and Band Councils that are shipping to a reserve, a rebate can be filed within four years of the date of purchase at a Retail Sales Tax Branch.
