Can I personalise my Trustive username and password?

Unfortunately we are unable to personalise customers’ usernames. However, if you wish to personalise your password, please log in to Trustive’s account manager and click on the ‘Change Password’ tab. New passwords must be alphanumeric and contain between 6 and 8 characters. If you use one of Trustive’s WiFi clients (MyHotspotter for Windows, MacBook or ASUS Eee PC), please do not forget to then update your WiFi client with your new password. Unfortunately Easy WiFi customers are unable to personalise their passwords at this time.
