No. Combination combat moves, like the X-Mens Fastball Special where one hero throws another, are not included in the game. Source: COH FAQ • Are fighting style animations implemented? There are two basic hand to hand attacks in the game, punch and kick. There will be a variety of combat animations for each depending on the type of attack chosen. So, yes, a Martial Arts punch attack will look different than a run of the mill punch. Every Hand to Hand superpower has its own set of animations.
