Can I pay the Application Fee and additional Move-in fees together?
No. The required Application Fee is paid separately upon submission of the Rental Application. Once approved the applicant may submit a payment combining the remaining move-in fees. The application fee and additional move-in fees must be paid with cashier’s checks or money orders. We do not accept cash or personal checks for these fees.
