Can I pay the ACA, FCA membership renewal fee of ICA through New York Chapter?

No. Such fees are payable only to the respective Regional Councils of the ICAI. However, the Chapter is presently working on the modus operendi with ICAI by which such fees can be paid by members to New York Chapter.
