No (no exceptions). Contact us or request for invoice BEFORE payment. Combined shipping is available ONLY when all items are paid for with a single payment. If items are paid for separately, each item will be shipped separately using the shipping method selected. We are unable to provide changes to shipping methods or provide refunds later.
