ICBC and its AutoPlan representatives do not collect money owed for crossing the Golden Ears Bridge. Quickpass toll debts can be paid by phoning the Quickpass Customer Service Centre, or in person at the Quickpass Customer Service Centre, through the Quickpass website, or by mailing payment to the Quickpass Customer Service Centre.
