When making payments outside of the online bill service, you can “file” away the payment information, by going to the Bill Summary page. Click on the “file” icon located under Action. This will automatically change the status from unpaid to file. • Can I make a payment greater than my regular payment amount? Yes, if you would like to renew for a longer term than your last payment period, simply type in the amount of the payment you wish to send instead of your regular payment amount.
