No and yes. VSC usually accepts only VISA and Mastercard credit card payments due to fluctuating prices as charged by diplomatic offices. However, clients may arrange to make payment via bank wire transfer or money order or bank certified cheque within 24 hours of confirming the prices directly with the VSC office.
