Yes, you can. I should point out though that B.F.M (from the _Unglued_ set) and S.N.O.T. (from the _Unhinged_ set) are the only two cards in the game that can be half untapped. A S.N.O.T., by the way, can only be half untapped if it has an even number of cards.
