Can I paste objects in a drawing without having problems in the database?

There are toolbar buttons for creating and inserting assemblies and for cutting objects from one drawing and pasting them on another drawing. Assemblies are used for creating standard sets of objects that are commonly used together, for example on a Piping and Instrumentation diagram, a control valve assembly will usually have a bypass and block valves. The cut and paste buttons are for moving equipment and pipes from one drawing to another. If you use Ctrl + X and Ctrl + V to move objects you are essentially deleting the original equipment from the database and therefore also deleting engineering data that was entered through Access. It is generally not a good idea to use Ctrl + C and Ctrl + V to copy objects because AutoCad will initially add 2 of every tag to the database and then on exiting the drawing, one of the 2 tags is deleted. It is better to use the normal AutoCad copy command instead.
