Can I pass the equipment on to another customer without paying additional fees?
A. Absolutely. This equipment belongs to you and you can do whatever you please with it. You can give the equipment to another individual to use and we will set up the new subscriber’s Emergency Data at our Emergency Response Center free of charge. We will also honor any warranties for that equipment and still guarantee the monthly monitoring rate of only $13.95 per month. We are not trying to do anything but give good service to our customers.
