A. A Residents Committee was elected in April 1996 and meets regularly with residents and management. Elections to the committee take place annually in accordance with the Resident Committee Constitution. Changes to the village rules are in consultation with the Residents Committee as are matters relating to fees and charges. All charges are approved at a General meeting of residents. A General and Annual General meeting of all residents is also held in accordance with the Residents Committee Constitution.
