Can I participate in PanLex if I know only one language?
Yes, you can. You can use a bilingual dictionary or a foreign-language textbook to match an expression in your language with an expression in another language. If one expression is present and the other is missing in PanLex, you can propose to add the missing one. In addition, you may add a variety to PanLex for a dialect, a controlled language, or another variety of your language.
