Can I organise certain services foreseen in my contract myself and get reimbursed by Mondial Assistance?
In an emergency situation, you must first adhere to the following rules: call emergency first aid, an ambulance, etc. Once the initial medical assistance has been administered, you must immediately contact the assistance platform (open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week) and obtain preliminary approval for any new intervention, which will lead to additional costs. If you do not respect this procedure, you risk losing your rights for compensation.
