• Yes, the Lounge, KTV room, and BBQ pits* can be booked exclusively for a function. Booking must be made at the MESRC admin office at HQ and Evans respectively prior to the event. No booking fee is charged for official functions held at the MESRC facilities. * BBQ pits are located at Evans Clubhouse only.
