Can I order spare parts directly from dbx?
If you are located within the United States you can order replacement parts directly from dbx. Just call us at 801-566-8800 Ext. 4627 for US orders. Payment can be made by credit card (AMEX, MC or VISA), check or money order. If you are outside the US, please contact your local distributor for ordering information. Notes: There is no minimum on orders. Since dbx is not a parts supplier, large quantity orders will not be accepted. *dbx cannot directly place international parts orders. They must be placed through your nearest international distrubtor.
