Can I order a new item now and return the original item later for credit?
Yes, but we will need to charge your credit card for the second item and then credit you for the first item when we receive it back from you. You will also have a shipping charge for the second item if you don’t return the first item prior to the shipment of the replacement. To avoid this charge, you need to return the first item and then we’ll send out the replacement and waive the shipping charge.
A. Yes, if it has been within 30 days from shipment, you may call Customer Service at 1-877-717-5227 to arrange this. We’ll need to charge you for the second item and once we receive your return, we’ll reimburse you for the cost of the original item. If the return is a result of our error we will waive the shipping charge.
