Can I opt out of additional services as of right? Is the PCO the final arbiter?

A Practices can opt out if they wish and this will have to be undertaken in discussion with the PCO. The decision to opt out is the practice’s own. The PCO has no right of veto although it is able to offer help and support to the practice to encourage continued service provision. In the event of any dispute there will be an appeal to the Strategic Health Authority (or equivalent).
