No, you cannot. Accountant’s Copy files created by your client in QuickBooks 2010 and 2011 can only be opened in QuickBooks Accountant 2011 (and QuickBooks Premier Accountant 2010). If you are using a version of QuickBooks 2011 other than the QuickBooks Accountant you can either convert the file to a regular QuickBooks file (.QBW) or ask your client to send a backup or portable file for you to review.
