I am sure every Listing Agent would love to hear, “Yes!” However, that is not the case. Any licensed Real Estate Agent can show you a property that is listed through a Brokerage, unless the listing specifically states otherwise. After all, the goal of every agent is to get a property sold, so the more agents and buyers that are exposed to a property, the more likely it is to be sold. If you are under written obligation to work with an agent, then PLEASE contact them to show you a property.
