Can I obtain the rights from WedQuarters to have my wedding websites template image or design available for use on my wedding invitations?
All images and designs used on our wedding websites are strictly prohibited for use outside of our wedding website services and or for use outside of the context in which they are sold through our services. We must be very firm about this point, as certain images are owned exclusively by WedQuarters and were shot by in-house photographers. Others were shot by select third party photographers from whom we have licensed the rights to use in the manner in which you see on our website. We are however, legally bound to not re-release any image or design for use in any other way. Designs that do not contain a photograph, but are comprised of a drawing, animation, graphic, vector or artwork of any other kind have been licensed solely and exclusively to WedQuarters for use as a wedding website template and may not be reproduced in any way.
