• Patient eligibility information is available for all our plans and programs except for members participating in Taft-Hartley Plans, Anthem Vision and Anthem Dental (see http://www.anslink.net). See HELP on the Coverage and Benefits search page or AOPS Quick Reference Guide for additional information. • Claim status information is available for the majority of our plans and programs, including National Accounts, BlueCard, Federal Employee Program (FEP), and Connecticut BlueCare Family Plan (Husky A and B- Medicaid for dates of service 7/1/06 to present). Note: Information for Anthem Vision and Anthem Dental (see http://www.anslink.net) are not available at this time.
