The short answer is no. Professional development courses, even if college certified, do not translate into graduate credit. Virginia Tech cannot provide graduate credits for courses that do not have a comprehensive grading system (letter grades not pass/fail) and have regular graduate course standing. We can and do allow students to transfer up to 9-12 hours of credits but only for graduate level college courses that relate directly to the Masters of Public and International Affairs.
