You will be required to submit an Application for Person with Prior Criminal Conviction(s) or Disciplinary Sanction(s) to the Georgia Real Estate Commission (GREC). This application is available on pages 23-24 of the AMP Candidate Handbook. The GREC may approve or deny your application, depending on your circumstances.
