Can I obtain a copy of the annual pay survey results to use as benchmark data?

0

The annual pay survey is undertaken on a confidential basis and is used solely to inform national pay negotiations. For that reason the survey results are not published and will remain confidential. However, in order to assist fire and rescue services to determine the appropriate level of salaries an authority may apply to the Secretariat for relevant benchmark data. (Please note, for data protection reasons you will not be supplied with all of the results – information will only be supplied for the same Population Band as the enquiring fire authority and will be forwarded in a manner whereby you cannot identify which Fire & Rescue Service pays which salary.
