CARExpress members are always welcome to recommend providers to the CARExpress network. Please use the Provider Referral Form on our website or call a Customer Service Representative Toll-Free at 1-866-305-SAVE, and we will contact your provider about joining our network. It generally takes 2-3 months to credential, contract, and enroll a new provider in the CARExpress network.
