Can I nominate a replacement item in case of short-shipping, instead of a refund?
YES, when processing your purchase you may fill in an alternative size or item request in the “Comments” section. Pending availability we will ship your alternative item if your purchased item is not available. The alternative item cannot exceed the value of the purchased item. Refunds will not be processed for balance of payment if and when a purchased item value exceeds the replacement item value.
