Can I move portlets and change my screen layout?

Yes, but only on My Page or any pages you create below My Page. The portal will have a default layout, but on an individual basis, users can control the layout on My Page and its subpages. Certain elements of the portal must remain fixed and non-editable. You can create new portal pages (below My Page) to contain other portlets.
