Can I move or place a newly-sponsored member under someone else in my downline after they join?
Yes, Empowerism has a tool that allows Subscribers to move newly personally sponsored members (one who joins from your website) within 72 hours under anyone else in your downline. If you choose to place under someone whose first level is already filled, the new person will land in the next available position in that person’s downline. This is used as an incentive for Basic members to upgrade or to work closely with their sponsor to promote. For instance, say your upline member sponsored ten members and two of them landed under the person next to you (spillover). Let’s say that person was a Basic member and you are a Subscriber. Your upline member would likely move at least one of those spillovers under you as a reward.
