Can I move directly to WebCT Campus Edition 4.1, or do I have to move to version 4.0 first?
Institutions with Campus Edition 3.7 or above can upgrade directly to Campus Edition 4.1. If you already have a WebCT Campus Edition 3.7 or 3.8 license key and are not changing your license type (i.e. moving from the Focus to the Institution License), you can simply go to http://download.webct.com and use your current license key to access Campus Edition 4.1. If you have a license key for WebCT Campus Edition 3.6 or earlier you will need to fill out an upgrade key request form. A new key will be sent to you within two business days. If you are currently using WebCT Standard Edition, or if you wish to move from a WebCT Campus Edition Focus to an Institution license when you upgrade to Campus Edition 4.1, you should contact your account representative at 877.932.2863 or 781.309.1000 (outside North America).
