Can I modify the uploaded test data for semiconductor test data analysis in Yield power.com?
Yes, you can modify any record/label of an already loaded file. You can Modify Label’s General Information as well as Data element of the desired Label. Click on the Modify button ( or Alt+M ) on the Resultant Data Details form, Modify Raw Test Data form will be opened. You can modify the data in the form and click on the Preview button. This action will upload the modified data in to selected file and display the modified data in the Preview Test Data form.
