Absolutely! You’re welcome to customize them however you like. Just be sure to leave in all the special tags that begin and end with ^^ (for example, ^^server_name^^). These are the tags that get replaced by FSHost when the page is requested. If you just want to customize the colors and style of your HTML pages, try changing the “user.css” file instead of modifying the HTML pages directly. That way, when a new version of FSHost is released with changes to the HTML pages, you can overwrite your existing pages and just keep your customized “user.css” page.
