Can I modify a User ID in my NetResults Tracker Online workgroup?
PLEASE NOTE: This FAQ entry is only applicable for customers using the NetResults Tracker Online product, which is hosted by NetResults. If you have NetResults Tracker installed on your own machine, this entry does not pertain to your product. For information on modifying a User ID in the non-hosted version of NetResults Tracker, please review the Editing a User section of the UMS Help Guide. It is not possible for you to modify the User ID of a user account in your NetResults Tracker Online workgroup.
