Can I modify a High Impact eMail template so that I can use that modified template the next time I load it?

Yes, you can modify an existing High Impact template and save it for later use. To modify any given template, select a template, edit it on the Email Template Editor, click Save As…, and type in the new name. The saved template will be stored in “My High Impact eMails” folder.
