Do not create a ZFS swap volume to be used in a UFS root environment in the Solaris releases prior to the Solaris 10 10/08 release due to CR 6528296. Running a mixed UFS root/ZFS swap environment in the Solaris 10 10/08 release or Solaris 10 5/09 release is not recommended because it is untested.
