No, You have to add all users manually using the Radius Manager web forms. There are many correlations between database tables and it is hard to create an import module which is compatible with all other RADIUS solutions. Radius Manager uses FreeRadius RADIUS server for accounting and authentication. If You import FreeRadius accounting and users tables (which are compatible), You have to manually add the Radius Manager specific users and services database using a mysql tool, which is not easy to realize due to the large number of dependencies. The recommended way to add users to your new system is using web forms which is a fast and error free method.
