If your files have the same energy edges, don’t overlap in time, and have the same settings for key parameters (look at the header of the routine for the list of parameters), you can use the hsi_spectrum_fitspaste routine: hsi_spectrum_fitspaste, firstfile, secondfile, outfile The merged FITS file can be used as input to SPEX or OSPEX.
