Can I meet with an advisor individually instead of coming to Orientation?
We encourage students to attend a full Orientation session to gain the necessary general information regarding registering for classes, planning a course schedule and preparing for successful progress to graduation. Most students find the information and guidance given during the Orientation program prepares them well to make good choices around courses. Certainly, if a student wishes to connect with an advisor individually after attending an Orientation session, an appointment can be made by contacting the University Advising Center.
