Yes, follow this guide to measure your interpupillary distance. In order to measure your pupillary distance, you can get help from someone or you can get in front of the mirror and place a ruler upon your nasal septum, as shown in the picture above. You have to measure the distance from the pupil’s center to the nasal septum’s one. If the two measurements are equal, you can enter as only PD value as the addition of the two distances (in this case is 58mm), otherwise you can specify the value of each PD (DX PD: 29mm – SX PD: 29mm)..
