Each mailbox is initially provisioned and configured with 2 GB of allocated storage space. The administrator can also add storage in 1GB increments, which can be assigned and managed through the control panel. A mailbox can have up to 10GB of extra storage space, but we strongly recommend that each mailbox does not exceed 5 GB.
